We ordered flowers for a friend , who, it transpired was away. The florist sold the arrangement we had ordered and did up a fresh one for our friend on her return home . Such excellent customer service is rare . Thanks so much .

It was very small!! It wasn’t similar to the one in the website. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice. She seemed to be in a hurry and said she had no time to show just in a minute through camera the options she had for our budget of 55€ The delivery was perfect as planned.
