Great service. Beautiful flowers.

I needed really good quality flowers, delivered quickly, for a relative over seas. The florist did just that! Superb bouquet and on time.

Ordering Flowers was easy and straight forward. However, the flowers ordered did not arrive on the selected date even though I did get a confirmation email to say they had been delivered! I only discovered that the flowers had not arrived when I checked in with my friend to see if she had got them two days later. I rang the florist directly and they confirmed they had made a mistake and were very apologetic. The flowers that eventually arrived were lovely but not the same as the bouquet I had selected - I thought in light of the error made they might have done something a bit more special! If I hadn't checked up to see if the flowers had arrived I would have been none the wiser! Maybe a photo of the flowers before they go out for delivery might be more reassurance that they are on the way!

I have a dear friend who lives in Ireland. Ordered her flowers for the Christmas Holidays. She said they were just beautiful! Being that I live in the Midwest USA, it was great to know my long distance purchase was a success. ?.

Very disappointed with this bouquet. No Christmas theme, some dead leaves/flowers etc. Not what I have received in the past.
